Sure, Airbnb, VRBO, etc all pre-screen potential renters but having someone in your wheelhouse to do just that is a huge benefit. Also, having a dedicated person or team to oversee the property if you live out of the area is a huge benefit. A property manager also has the ability to collect rent or lease payments on your behalf which takes the hard work off of you. Sit back and collect that rental income. 

One of the biggest perks to hiring a rental broker is they know the ways to market and advertise your property the correct way. This knowledge will help make sure your property is always booked by quality tenants and in turn will generate more revenue for you. Whats not to love?
